Blockchain Founders Group
Blockchain Founders Group (BFG) is a venture capital firm and startup accelerator for early-stage teams building blockchain, Web3 and artificial-intelligence products. Its remote program combines workshops, one-to-one mentoring and a final investment review. Founders use the program to test their business model, prepare an MVP and plan their first stage of growth.
The accelerator is intended for pre-seed and seed teams from any country. Participants work in English on customer discovery, market validation, growth, fundraising and pitching over eight weeks. Selected teams can receive up to EUR 100,000 after presenting to BFG's investment committee, while all accepted teams gain access to advisors and other founders.
Eight weeks from validation to investment review
The BFG accelerator program runs remotely for eight weeks. Its first stages cover customer discovery, market validation and sales. Later workshops address growth, fundraising, token economics and pitching.
Teams present to an investment committee at the end of the program. The committee decides which projects receive financial support, and the provider states a ceiling of EUR 100,000. Participation itself does not guarantee an investment.
Who the accelerator is for
BFG accepts applications from pre-seed and seed startups. The program is aimed at founders with a blockchain or Web3 idea, and a team is recommended. Solo founders can apply when they already have convincing evidence that users need the proposed product.
The program takes place online in English, so a founder's country of residence does not determine eligibility. Participants need enough time for workshops, mentoring and work on their startup between sessions. The application guidance asks applicants to explain their skills, commitment and the specific problem they intend to solve.
Advisors, founders and portfolio experience
The advisor network includes startup founders, investors, blockchain specialists and lawyers. Mentors review business assumptions and help teams prepare discussions with customers or investors. Their advice does not replace a startup's own legal, tax or regulatory review.
Blockchain Founders Group reports more than 50 projects in its portfolio, including startups from its incubation and accelerator programs and alumni that received funding. Portfolio participation shows that a team completed a BFG process; it does not certify a product or investment.
Web3 Builders Ideathon in Frankfurt
Together with Superteam Germany, BFG hosted the Web3 Builders Ideathon in Frankfurt. Founders tested startup ideas, pitched to investors and competed for USDC prizes. BFG offered two or three teams with a solid MVP a place in its accelerator.
The first ten suitable applications from the Finance Loop network had a guaranteed place when they used the referral code LOOP. The event linked BFG's startup program with founders from the Frankfurt blockchain network. It is the direct connection between Blockchain Founders Group and Finance Loop.

Is the BFG program fully remote?
Yes. The eight-week program is held online in English, and founders can join from any country. Sessions use video calls, while teams continue working on their product and customer research between meetings.
How does BFG decide on funding?
The investment decision follows a final pitch to BFG's investment committee. Approved teams can receive up to EUR 100,000, with the terms discussed for each startup. Acceptance into the accelerator and approval for funding are separate decisions.
What is a blockchain startup accelerator?
A blockchain startup accelerator is a time-limited program for teams building products with blockchain technology. Workshops and mentors help founders validate customer demand, improve their business model and prepare for financing. BFG adds an investment decision at the end of its program.
