A Bridge Between Financial Advisory and RWAs
Germany-based Gubbi AG has been setting a new standard in the German financial market since January with its brand "GDX Primary Market": together with and through Fondskonzept AG, alongside Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ruhestandsplanung (DGFRP) on the distribution side, access to digital assets is being made simple, scalable, and distribution-ready for the first time. Both partners have now technically connected to the GDX Primary Market through this cooperation.
What used to be complex, technically demanding, and hard to access is now becoming reality in traditional financial distribution: going forward, advisors can offer their clients digital assets directly and in an integrated way, in particular tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and semi-liquid assets, as well as further innovative digital assets as the next market infrastructure, covering not only ETFs but also funds, equities, and bonds.
DGFRP, which has processed an investment volume of well over two billion euros across various asset classes, is now actively bringing this digital asset innovation to the market for advisors via Fondskonzept AG and Gubbi AG. For the first time in Germany, this creates a bridge at scale between traditional financial advisory and the world of blockchain-based investments in RWAs.
"We are actively shaping the future of financial advisory. Digital assets will be a firm component of modern portfolios, and we are making them accessible today," explains Peter Härtling, Managing Partner of DGFRP.
Infrastructure for Legally Compliant Digital Asset Distribution
The technological foundation was developed in close collaboration between Gubbi AG and Fondskonzept AG over more than eight months. The result: a high-performance, ready-to-use infrastructure that seamlessly integrates digital assets into existing distribution and advisory systems. Easy handling with referral links for access is made available to financial service providers and their intermediaries and advisors. DGFRP is the first user of this technology.
A particular focus was placed on regulatory clarity. Together with the liability umbrella MFC Service GmbH, all distribution and compliance requirements were fully aligned. Advisors therefore gain not only access to a new asset class but also the necessary security for its legally compliant distribution.
From Niche Product to Mass Market
This partnership is a real milestone. With Fondskonzept and DGFRP, we are bringing digital assets exactly where they belong: into the broader market," says Tobias Eckl, CEO of Gubbi AG.
Gubbi AG is pursuing a clear vision: digital assets should no longer remain a niche product but become an integral part of modern financial solutions. Going forward, the infrastructure will also be made available to asset managers, banks, financial service providers, and crowdfunding platforms in Germany. Further partnerships are in the pipeline.
The result: An entirely new access to real-asset investments: digital, liquid, and ready for the mass market.
