BTC Prague
BTC Prague is a conference and exhibition focused on Bitcoin, held in Prague for people building, using or studying the network. Talks cover Bitcoin as money, investment and technology, alongside companies providing related products and services. The format connects developers, entrepreneurs, investors and interested newcomers through presentations, demonstrations and direct discussion.
The Bitcoin-only focus gives participants a common subject across technical and financial sessions. An investor can examine custody and access products, while a developer can explore payment tools and network applications. The exhibition complements the talks by letting attendees compare services and ask the teams behind them about their approach to using Bitcoin.
Who organizes BTC Prague
The organizer is Twenty one million s.r.o., a Czech company. BTC Prague expects more than 100 exhibiting companies and over 250 speakers at the coming edition.
The 2026 edition had 8,500 attendees across four stages, according to a release carried by Cointelegraph. That edition took place at PVA Expo Prague, the exhibition center in the Letňany district.
Bitcoin on stage
For a bank or an asset manager the interesting half is the institutional one: bitcoin on corporate balance sheets, lending against bitcoin as collateral, the exchange-traded products that brought it into regulated portfolios, and the custody and key management that an auditor will ask about. The conference splits its program across four stages: a main stage on bitcoin's effect on money and society, an expo stage for the basics, a Czech-language stage, and a stage for VIP ticket holders. The audience and the venue
The audience mixes company founders, developers, educators and private investors, and the expo around the stages is where the Czech and Central European bitcoin industry shows what it sells. Czech firms built an early retail bitcoin market, and Prague hosts a dense cluster of bitcoin businesses, which supports a Bitcoin-only event of this size.
For German-speaking attendees the trip is short, and the conference has become a fixture for the German-speaking bitcoin scene alongside the Crypto Assets Conference in Frankfurt, which approaches the same asset from the regulated capital-markets side.

BTC Prague 2027 runs from 6-8 May 2027 (BTC Prague). The 2026 edition was held at PVA Expo Prague. The dates move within the first half of the year, so check the organizer's site before booking.
Is BTC Prague only about bitcoin?
The program covers bitcoin and the technology built directly on it, such as the Lightning Network for payments, and it leaves out other crypto assets by design. An investor who wants tokenized securities, stablecoins or Ethereum on the agenda is better served by a broader conference, and the overview of crypto conferences in Europe sorts them by subject.
