Swiss Fintech Ladies
Swiss Fintech Ladies is a network for women who work in finance, technology and fintech in Switzerland. It was founded in 2018 and is run from Cham in the canton of Zug, and its aim is more diversity in the workplaces of these industries. A basic ecosystem membership costs nothing.
The network holds a free afterwork event every month at the Baryton cocktail lounge in Zurich, runs an angel investing program and an Angel Club for women investors, and organizes a conference. Karen Wendt is president. Swiss Fintech Ladies won the award Women's Financial Network of the Year 2024/2025.
We Innovate, We Educate, We Instigate
The network names three lines of work. Under We Innovate it supports partners on open banking, blockchain and digitalization. Under We Educate it offers free online coding courses with diplomas, webinars, office hours, coaching and mentoring. Under We Instigate it helps women professionals and founders with know-how, contacts and fundraising.
Angel investing and the Angel Club
The angel investing program trains women to invest in start-ups and has its own registration and brochure. Next to it the network runs an Angel Club.
The afterwork evenings take place in Zurich, which also hosts the Swiss Fintech Week.

How do you become a member of Swiss Fintech Ladies?
Through the membership form on the network's website. The ecosystem membership is free; the angel program has its own registration.
Is Swiss Fintech Ladies part of the Swiss Fintech Association?
No. Swiss Fintech Ladies is an independent network, run c/o Eccos Impact GmbH at Alte Steinhauserstrasse 1, 6330 Cham. The Swiss Fintech Association is the separate industry association of Swiss fintech firms.
Swiss Fintech Ladies and Finance Loop
In Frankfurt, several networks bring together women in finance, and Swiss Fintech Ladies does the same in Zurich. Finance Loop brings people from both cities together at its events on fintech, digital assets and AI in finance, in Germany and in Switzerland.
Finance Loop is a professional network and has the goal of driving the adoption of emerging technologies in finance, such as AI, tokenization, stablecoins, and DeFi. Finance Loop helps its members build skills and personal networks in these fields: Investment & Digital Assets, Payments & Digital Money, Digital Infrastructure & Sovereignty, and Risk & Compliance.
