Swiss Fintech Week
Swiss Fintech Week is a joint initiative that brings several Swiss fintech formats into a shared program. It connects founders and technology providers with banks, investors and regulators working on financial services. The purpose is to give these groups opportunities to discuss products and cooperation without treating each part of the fintech market in isolation.
Finanz und Wirtschaft Forum and Tenity present Swiss Fintech Week, with the Global Finance & Technology Network as global strategic partner. The program combines conferences, startup activities and other independent formats. Participants can learn about developments in financial technology and meet the institutions or partners needed to develop a proposed product.
The program of Swiss Fintech Week 2027
The organizers have published the outline of the 2027 week on swissfintechweek.com. Monday has the FuW FinTech Forum, an executive and strategy track, and the Startup Fair during the day, followed by the Startup Night by Tenity, where the Swiss Fintech Awards are presented. Tuesday and Wednesday belong to the Point Zero Forum, with an invitation-only dinner on Tuesday and the afterparty on Wednesday. Innovation tours to companies in the city run through the whole week.
The forum, the fair, the Startup Night and the afterparty are part of the week's ticket; the Point Zero Forum needs its own ticket or a combined one, and the innovation tours need a separate registration. Timings and formats can still change, the organizers note.
The first edition in numbers
Tenity and Finanz und Wirtschaft Forum launched the week in June 2026. By the organizers' count, it drew more than 1,500 attendances across more than ten formats from 293 organizations, among them 55 banks, insurers and market infrastructure providers and 109 fintechs and scaleups. Of the attendees, 37 percent were C-level, founders or partners. The 2026 week also had SwissHacks, a 48-hour hackathon, which Tenity describes next to the fair and the awards.

Point Zero Forum in the same week
The Point Zero Forum is an initiative of GFTN and the Swiss State Secretariat for International Finance, held each year in Zurich for central bankers, regulators, policymakers and industry leaders. In 2026 it ran jointly with Swiss Fintech Week, and the 2027 program places it on the second and third day. Finance Loop was a partner of GFTN for the Point Zero Forum 2026.
