AllUnity
AllUnity is a company that issues currency-backed stablecoins for business customers. The EURAU token from AllUnity represents euro-denominated digital money on supported blockchains, backed by euro reserves and redeemable at its face value under the applicable terms.
Payment firms, digital asset platforms and corporate treasury teams use such tokens when they need a cash component for blockchain-based payments or settlement. AllUnity provides business accounts for obtaining and redeeming its tokens and works with trading, banking and payment partners. Business customers can use the tokens to connect conventional currencies with their blockchain transactions.
A Frankfurt issuer backed by DWS, Flow Traders and Galaxy
AllUnity is a Frankfurt company that issues fiat-backed stablecoins for cross-border payments. AllUnity was established by DWS, the asset manager of Deutsche Bank, together with the trading firm Flow Traders and the digital-asset firm Galaxy.
The public register of e-money institutions at BaFin lists AllUnity GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main, as a licensed electronic money institution. That license is what lets AllUnity issue a stablecoin as a regulated e-money token under MiCA, the EU's Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets.
EURAU: a euro-backed stablecoin
AllUnity issues EURAU, a euro stablecoin backed 1:1 by euro reserves held across multiple banks. Holders can redeem it at par value, as required by MiCA for e-money tokens. AllUnity launched EURAU in 2025; Deutsche Bank has named it among the stablecoins planned for institutional custody clients.
EURAU is one of the ten largest euro stablecoins under MiCA. Companies can use it for stablecoin payments between wallets and accounts.
AllUnity and MiCA supervision
An e-money token issuer under MiCA needs authorization as a credit institution or an electronic money institution before it can offer the token to the public in the EU, under Article 48 of the regulation. BaFin is the German supervisor for e-money institutions and for MiCA in Germany, working alongside the Kryptomärkteaufsichtsgesetz, the German law that names BaFin as the competent authority. The authorization of AllUnity sits in that framework, and readers who want to check the status of a firm themselves can search the public register of licensed institutions at BaFin directly. See MiCAR, Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 for how the EU rulebook defines an e-money token and its issuer duties.
