Euro Finance Week
Euro Finance Week is a series of financial conferences organized by dfv Euro Finance Group in Frankfurt am Main. The conference week brings together banks, financial service providers, industry representatives and public institutions. Its program addresses the decisions shaping financial markets, from banking strategy and regulation to investment and the use of technology.
The series connects these discussions with the Frankfurt financial center and its international banking community. Dedicated sessions cover sustainable finance, digitalization and asset management across the conference week. The Frankfurt European Banking Congress forms part of that wider program, bringing monetary policy and banking questions into the discussion.
Five days, five conferences
Monday starts with the opening conference, where bank chief executives, the European Central Bank and the Hessian state government set out the year ahead, and with the 12th China Day on trade and investment between Germany and China. Tuesday features the 12th Green Finance Forum, followed on Wednesday by the EURO FINANCE Tech Day, on Thursday by the HQ Trust Investors Forum for institutional investors, and on Friday by the Frankfurt European Banking Congress at the Alte Oper.
The evenings have their own formats: the European Banker of the Year award in Frankfurt's city hall after the opening day, a green finance reception, the Startup of the Year award of Frankfurt Forward, presented after the Tech Day, and dinners for the investors forum and the congress. Euro Finance Week program groups the 2026 sessions by conference day.
AI, cloud and payments on the program
The 2026 Tech Day runs under the title "From Artificial to Autonomous Finance", with sessions on agentic AI and financial stability, on turning AI spending into business results, on sovereign cloud and quantum infrastructure for Europe, and a panel on AI and the future of payments with BNP Paribas and DZ BANK. The opening conference brings OpenAI and AWS on stage in its tech and innovation talks, and the chair of the Anti-Money Laundering Authority reviews the authority's first year in Frankfurt.
These subjects concern AI in banking in Frankfurt, sovereign cloud for banks, quantum computing in Frankfurt finance and payments in Frankfurt. The Frankfurt web3 association GM, FFM! is a networking partner of the Tech Day; in 2025 it brought a panel on decentralized finance to the program.
Registration and tickets
Registration runs through the organizer's ticket site. The registration request is free for C-level representatives of banks, asset managers and institutional investors, and decision-makers from industry, politics and monetary policy are invited as well; the organizer checks every request. People in consulting and advisory roles buy a business ticket at 690 euros per day or 1,380 euros for three days, plus VAT. The Frankfurt European Banking Congress admits guests by invitation only.
Frankfurt's conference year
The Euro Finance Week closes a conference year that opens with Frankfurt Digital Finance, continues with the Crypto Assets Conference in spring and AI Week Frankfurt in October, and reaches Banking Exchange in early November. Frankfurt finance and finance in Frankfurt include the institutions behind this conference year. Banking conferences and fintech conferences take place across Europe, and networking events in Frankfurt provide evening formats in the city.
